Three rebuilt workers, three checkable receipts
Three rebuilt computers completed research trials and produced receipts that could be authenticated without contacting Grex.
All three Grex worker computers were rebuilt and enrolled again today. Each then completed the same competitor-research trial and produced a signed result record.
Grex coordinates AI teams on operator-controlled computers. Rebuilding those machines tested whether the system depended on accumulated manual fixes.
Research after a fresh enrollment
The reset removed worker state while preserving provider access. After enrollment, the three computers completed trials with 33, 28, and 49 accepted items.
All three recorded $0.00 of metered spend. That figure describes measured charges, not the cost of hardware, subscriptions, or engineering effort.
Checking receipts without contacting Grex
A receipt is the saved record of a mission’s result. The three receipts were exported and checked on the operator’s laptop without contacting Grex.
The checks used a separately obtained public key set. All three signatures verified.
That establishes that the exported records could be authenticated independently of the running service. It does not, by itself, prove every underlying research claim correct.
Two other trials tested completion and refusal
An unattended mission accepted 44 competitor briefs against a target of one. It concluded and wrote its own report after a person activated it.
A later mission inspected product pages and confirmed that the sites were live. It rejected the product-identity claim three times and stopped without an externally supplied judgment.
Onboarding still stopped at a real defect
The installation rehearsal failed at its withdrawal step. Grex refused to withdraw a duplicate mission with zero outputs because it counted 52 verified outputs belonging to another mission.
The safeguard was counting at team level when it needed to count within one mission. This was the exercise’s third distinct integration failure, reaching its predefined stop condition.
The rehearsal was suspended. It produced eleven filed defects, with onboarding-path fixes made that day. The completed research trials did not make the unfinished installation exercise a pass.
