Privacy Policy

This site is operated by FallWestSystems LLC ("we"). Grex is in early development and this policy describes what the site collects today. It is written to be short and honest rather than exhaustive.

What the interest form collects

When you submit the walkthrough request we collect the email address you enter, the walkthrough focus, the free-text message you write, attribution values from the request link, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to rate-limit abuse of the form). We do not ask for anything else and there is no account to create.

How that information is used and stored

Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore under a project we control and are emailed to our operator inbox so we can read and reply. We use the information only to understand who is interested in Grex and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Retention

We keep interest submissions while Grex is in development and for a reasonable period afterward, and delete them once they are no longer useful for that purpose. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing interest@grex-ai.com.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic. Analytics storage is denied by default — no analytics cookies are set until you accept the notice shown at the bottom of the site. You can decline and the site works the same. We do not use advertising cookies or ad personalization.
